鍼灸施術をうける方へ

〇可能な限り、施術の1時間前までに食事を済ませておきましょう。
消化不良を起こす可能性があります。施術前のアルコール摂取は控えてください。
〇施術の前日にはできるだけ睡眠をとっておきましょう。睡眠不足の状態だと施術の効果が十分に得られない可能性があります。
〇毛染めをしてすぐは、皮膚が敏感になっていますので施術はなるべく控えましょう。
〇血圧が高い日や体調がすぐれないときは施術ができるかご相談下さい。
高熱があるときは控えて下さい。
〇服薬や疾患によって出血しやすい方は注意が必要なため、事前にお知らせ下さい。
鍼灸施術を受けた後は
〇新陳代謝が高まっているため、水分をたくさん摂って老廃物の排出を促しましょう。
バランスの良い食事と十分な睡眠もとってください。
〇長風呂や激しい運動は控えましょう。眠気や倦怠感が出ることがあります。
ゆっくりと休んで下さい。
〇お酒は控えましょう。体の巡りがよくなっているため、アルコールが回りやすく
悪酔いする可能性があります。
〇治療後にだるさ、めまい、発熱などの症状がまれに現れる場合がありますが、
多くは刺激に体が過剰に反応した一時的なものです。
〇肌の吸収力が高まっているため、パック等の効果がアップします。
紫外線は避けて、保湿を心がけましょう。
Before receiving acupuncture and moxibustion treatment
◎Whenever possible, eat at least one hour before the treatment.
This may cause indigestion. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before the treatment.
◎Please try to get as much sleep as possible the day before the treatment. If you do not get enough sleep, you may not get the full effect of the treatment.
◎Refrain from having the treatment immediately after hair dyeing, as the skin is sensitive to the dye.
◎Please consult with us if you can have the treatment on a day when your blood pressure is high or when you are not feeling well.
Please refrain from treatment if you have a high fever.
◎Please inform us in advance if you are prone to bleeding due to medication or illness.
After receiving acupuncture and moxibustion treatment
◎Since metabolism is increased, drink plenty of water to promote the elimination of waste products. Also eat a well-balanced diet and get enough sleep.
◎Avoid long baths and strenuous exercise. You may experience drowsiness and fatigue.
Please take a good rest.
◎Refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages. Because your body's circulation has been improved.
You may get intoxicated.
◎Symptoms such as lethargy, dizziness, and fever may occur in rare cases after treatment,
most of them are temporary, as the body overreacts to the stimulation.
◎The skin's absorption capacity is increased, so the effectiveness of packs and other treatments will be enhanced. Avoid ultraviolet rays and keep the skin moisturized.
